Every way we scaled teaching made it less personal. One source, printed or streamed to a crowd, learning nothing back. The Learning Harness reverses the trade: one source, the one person in front of it, and a line back.
Books and the public internet reach millions and know none of them. A course reaches twenty and paces for the middle. The harness reaches one, and checks that each piece landed before it moves on.

What one-to-one actually does
One-to-one is not a chat window. It is a short, repeating loop that turns a new idea into knowledge you keep, and proves at each step that it landed.
DAY ONERecognize
A quick multiple-choice quiz on the lesson you just read. Recognition comes before recall: the gentle on-ramp, visual and fast, that confirms the shape of the idea is in place.
NEXT DAYRecall, out loud
The explain-back: say the idea back in your own words, from memory, after a night of sleep. You speak it rather than type it. Dictation is messier, more honest, and more engaging than a neat paragraph. Imperfect recall is the point; the reciting is what solidifies it.
THENExplain the gaps
Wherever the recall broke, the harness writes a new explainer for that exact gap. Not a generic re-teach: the missing piece, for you.

What you have understood becomes spaced-repetition flashcards, fenced to your own deck in Anki.
